Overlooking the beautiful hinterlands, this large, open-plan villa includes a lounge area, dining room, kitchen, spacious and accessible bathroom, and two bedrooms. Outside, you’ll find your own private disabled parking space as well as a private balcony and a spacious entrance, both with step-free access.

We have taken the time to ensure that every part of our accessible villa can be navigated and used with ease, both inside and outside. The villa features beautiful timber flooring throughout to allow for easy movement, with plenty of space in every room to maneuver.
The spacious, contemporary bathroom has smooth tiled flooring, a roll-in shower with a mounted seat, a handheld shower head, grab bars, and a wheelchair-accessible water basin.
You can guarantee a good night’s sleep in the master suite, with ample space around the comfortable queen bed allowing for easy navigation. This room also features two lamps within easy reach of the bedside so you can turn the lights on and off as you please without needing to leave your bed.
There are no steps anywhere throughout the villa, and the kitchen is low set, with the exception of the oven, which is slightly higher than the other features.
